…Because as soon as you’ve forgotten about landing
You can fall with wild and reckless abondon,
And it feels, like flying. Trust me…

An update:
I am currently attending Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, California. It is great to be off the boat and getting some more training in the gifts of the Spirit. The training is very much getting an education in prophetic ministry like Samuel’s, Elijah’s, and Isaiah’s schools that they attended. I am understanding the prophetic as God ordained it.
My school is foremost a church...

Change. It's always happening.
I had major doubts a couple days ago about going to Hope International University and taking the online courses from home. I came back to the states to get training and application of the theory, to be taught the practical and apply it. I called the University and tried to talk to an admissions counselor but she wasn’t there. When I went to give my phone number and name the person on the...

Las Vegas
Well I made it back in Las Vegas last week! Going back to the ship for the month I realized now was the best thing I could have done. It was a challenge at times to finish strongly and I feel that I left in great terms with the ship. Coming back to Las Vegas I want to dive into ministry here. I feel that I am not stepping away from ministry at all but rather returning to one of the worst three...
Time on the Next Wave at an end
I came back to the boat on the 28th with the intention to return to Las Vegas within a month. I am in a season of transition and feel that I need to return to Las Vegas for a time to continue ministries that I have been apart of for nearly four years now that are at the peak of their purpose, it’s their time to shine. I am also seeking schooling and I’m looking at a School of Ministry to attend...
Reflecting my time in Las Vegas
Well, it’s 2:00am on July 4th here on the boat. I just finished my watch from 11-2. It went really well, the Turkish Coast Guard boarded us and our papers were checked, a butterfly flew in and caused a little chaos inside the wheel house, dolphins showed up for a couple of seconds making their way elsewhere, and finally, we raised the American flag by moonlight, humming the national anthem and...

peace at last
This weekend posts something new! I will be set up in a room at Canyon Ridge and talking to people as they come and go, talking about YWAM and Marine Reach. It’s all building up to the 11th when I’ll be presenting everything the ministry has been up to in the past 8 or so months. Being home has been one of the best things that have happened to me in a very long time. I am finding so...

I’m at Holmsted Manor where I did my Discipleship Training School one year ago! It’s so nice to be back and to meet up with Sean and Sarah, two other missionaries from Canyon Ridge! Almost home :)
one day of traveling down, two more to go. I’m a little under half way to Varna tonight where I will catch my plane tomorrow. Tomorrow afternoon I have to go the opposite way just to go to Varna. Also I wasn’t sure (and nobody else was) how I was going to get from the bus station to the airport. Praise the Lord, one of my friends I made here wants to hang out with me and he’s...
It's not just trash
The other day was our last day of planned ministry in Sliven as a group. We had prepared a drama for kids (a very childish drama) and planned to pick up trash afterwards like the time before. This was possibly one of the most uncomfortable situations I have been in in a long time. I love to preach in the streets and do street ministry but I always am nervous about it. I figure it’s just...
Tomorrow four out of our five will travel to Varna to meet up with the boat. I am staying here in Sliven until the 26th on my own. Tomorrow starts day one on my own. I’m gonna miss those guys.

Prayer
Our team of five are feeling the effects of giving and giving. We are tired, worn out, and starved for energy. We’re all sick but need energy to push through for only two more days of ministry here in Sliven. Then it’s back to the boat for four of them and I will stay here by myself for 3 days then travel to Burgas to pick up my ukulele at a church down there then travel up to Varna to fly home!...

Spiritual
The DTS is gone. I hate saying goodbyes, they’re always tough for me. Lately I’ve been feeling drained from giving giving giving and not receiving anything. I’ve taken refuge in online podcasts to try to stay fueled so I can finish strongly in this season. We spent two days doing house visits, visiting about 30-40 houses I would guess. My group did 5 houses each day and we had 4...
Practicing Grace
I love the podcasts I’ve been fueled by lately. They have really been impacting my day-to-day life. Yesterday I watched 2 sermons and a testimony and one of the biggest things that hit me was to practice grace. It wouldn’t take long until that chance came. Later on that evening a large group of us went down to the store for an ice cream run. Just an ordinary walk, nothing planned. On...
Sliven
We made it to Sliven, the largest Gypsy city in Bulgaria. But first we spent a couple of days at the church in Burgas. It was really sweet there. We were in over 12 hours of service time within three days!! One service lasted for 5 hours. It was a little long but still good. There were guest speakers from Russia as well. Hearing the translation from Russian to Bulgarian to English took time but...
We’re traveling again today to a Gypsy village. Pray for our travel and an awesome time in the village!!
Day 8 – 30/4/09 Goodbye April
So today we had a church that we were going to go to and preach at but when we went there in all of the cars, getting lost on the way and ending up driving on a dirt path right alongside a stream, while it was raining… Anyways, we weren’t accepted. They switched to another organization and didn’t except us. So we drove back and had a powerful worship set from the members of the church we were...
